Lead Singers for Brand New Shows · 1 Month Onboard / 1 Month Off · EU Talent (Cruise)

Please note: we require candidates who hold a passport or residency in the Schengen Area or European Union (this does not include the UK or USA). 

LIFE ONBOARD

Our onboard team features 16 company members – sailing daily between Oslo, Norway and Kiel, Germany. 

All artists are Contractor / Guest Entertainer (not Crew) and benefit from excellent terms and conditions.

PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE

We have two casts. Each cast performs onboard for 30 days, followed by 30 days break off of the ship – for a rotation schedule of one year from September 2024 to September 2025. 

Our casts feature in two main-stage productions and performances take place every day.

Rehearsals: August 15 – August 30 2024 in Porto, Portugal

Install: September 2 2024

Premiere: September 17 2024

End of Contract: September 18 2025

Roles:

LEAD SINGER (F1 + F2) (FEMALE, 24–44 YEARS)

Requirements include:

· Exceptional performance ability as a solo performer, as well as the ability to harmonise in a group of four.

· Commanding stage presence and able to deliver high-impact, confident performances. The ability to engage with the audience is essential. 

· All singers use in-ear monitoring (IEMs) for mainstage performances.

LEAD SINGER (M1 + M2) (MALE, 22–44 YEARS)

Requirements include:

· Exceptional performance ability as a solo performer, as well as the ability to harmonise in a group of four.

· Commanding stage presence and able to deliver high-impact, confident performances. The ability to engage with the audience is essential. 

· All singers use in-ear monitoring (IEMs) for mainstage performances.

ONBOARD

• Contractor / Guest Entertainer Status (not Crew).
• Onboard Performance Fee: €200 EUR per day (equivalent to €6,000 per month). 
• Opportunities for managerial roles (elevated salary). 
• All artists have their own cabin with its own bathroom and all meals are provided.
• No duties, crew drills or IPM.
• Modern productions and bespoke costuming.
• Onboard Welfare Programme: access to WiFi, crew gym, chill out lounge with tea, coffee and massage chairs, gaming / movie room, sun deck and laundry facilities. 
• Access to the Guest Fitness Centre; which includes a sauna and steam room. 

Please note that all team members are responsible for their travel to/from the ship. During assignments, the company operates a zero-alcohol policy. 

REHEARSALS

• Rehearsals take place in Porto, Portugal.
• Accommodation is provided throughout. 
• Rehearsal + Onboard Install Fee: €340 EUR per week.
